I'm watching your third video in a row. Love the approach. Full disclosure, I'm in broker training but I value relationship building and think that even in a tough market symbiotic value relationships still exist. Keep up the great work.

To kindness can respond with kindness. Not necessary with a rate hike. Flattery works better but have to do your research first.

I think your assumption is a bit wrong. One cannot judge on a truck capacity solely on a number of posted trucks. Most do not post their trucks ever! Multiply you posted trucks figure by 10 at least to have a rough idea

are these loads first come first serve (closest truck to get to the load wins it) to get them or its a low bidder wins like in shipping wars??

Broker's commissions are waaaay too high. They are the shadiest part of the chain, as nobody knows what they actually make....But it's always a lot higher than you think.

Just curious, what’s holding you from scaling the business to a brokerage firm besides time? Still continue dispatching but building some connections with a couple of shippers.
@TruckingMadeSuccessful
@TruckingMadeSuccessful 2 жыл бұрын
Only time at this point. I have so little of it that scaling would be like trying to sit on multiple chairs at once, and falling off all of them haha
