my friend truly believes the government is listening to everyone talking on telegram and the phone. I tried to tell him do you seriously think the government is listening to your boring ass? They have a lot better things to do than listen to what chuck is saying on the phone to bob. But he believes it. I have known him for 30 years. And what I realize is this; people like my friend, and this guy, are not crazy. They´re just very bored, and feel their lives are very boring. They have very little happiness, happiness comes occasionally, but very little. Believing in theories and stuff like this guy is talking about adds excitement into his life. They feel like their purpose is to figure it all out, tit fulfills them, adds excitement and gives them a little less boredom. Many people have empty unhappy lives, even those with family and friends around. Some people are just built that way. It is sad, but there is nothing anyone can do for them. There is a saying I like; if you cannot be happy in life with only yourself, no other person will make you happy. These people, my friend, and i guarantee you the guy who made this video, are alone. Singles, divorced, whatever. And they will neve truly be happy, they will always fill their empty souls with nonsense.

There's good apple's and bad apples in every cart .. even those who portray themselves as angel's in others eye's: ...People who might be worried you see what's going on/ know what's going on/ ...maybe people who are into high finance dope dealing who keep a good eye out on everyone in their neighborhood : Prison is a scary looking place ...and it might be certain kind's of dope their running/ dealing that could bring many many year's behind bar's ... ... ...to nut job's who just plain screw with people for the hell of it !!! ...He might merely be realizing that they're keeping an eye on him. Or summing him up to sting him/ rob he and his home/ taking note of his habit's/ routine's etc ! There's people out there who aren't stupid: They're slick weasel thieve's/ criminal's etc. .. and some very sophisticated/ some using high tech !!! Things' are in bad shape now ...there's people doing all kind's of criminal/ sting/ scamming however they can get ahead $$$ .. now more than ever !

The "fuck-with-ing" comes from a variety of angles. I believe I have good old fashioned nice neighbors, but there are lots of loons pushing random peoples' buttons, for no apparent reason.

He sounds like my mom's friend who was in her 60s while she stayed with me a number of weeks. Everyone was her adversary, and she was constantly talking about cars following her of specific shapes and colors. Come to find out, she went off her schizophrenia meds.

You have to get multliple videos or pics of the same stalking or harassment behavior. Just posting this one vid with narration doesnt demonsrate gang stalking to the random viewer. Yes, other victims like me will know what you are talking about because the tactics are more or less the same throughout california, if not beyond, but non-victims (or potential attorneys) will not see or understand what victims do.
