Sure it’s the “Trump” name and that’s who their hoping to reel in, but $800 a night for a home with no extra amenities (pool, view, gym, etc… ) all you're paying for is the name, it better look good and everything in working order. I have a question, for $800 a night , why is no one going out to check in between guests and stock items and check that everything works? It is an $800 per night rental property and I think most people would complain about the condition. The guy in the film was hired to go in and point out shortcomings in the rental. This is what happens when a company outsources there sanitation and cleaning crew. There is no one to come and inspect after the cleaning crew has left. Once I rented an apartment at the beach and when I arrived to my apartment, I found the cleaning crew were sleeping in the beds. The cleaning company keeps a copy of the keys to all of the units that they clean and they turn around and use those keys to stay on the premises. Nothing screams vacation like getting to clean up after the cleaning company. Imagine ordering a meal and when it arrives at your table, half of it has already been eaten by a stranger.
