Neighbors were so THANKFUL I cut this INSANE Overgrown YARD for FREE
I was driving down the street and could see this yard from a half mile away. As I approached the property, I couldn’t even see the sidewalk and the grass was about 4 feet tall. I decided to stop and knock on the front door but no one answered. I walked over and talked to the neighbors and they wanted it taken care of, it was an eye sore and too many mosquitoes and ticks.

I was thinking the same thing! The neighbors must know that an elderly lady lives there,it would be so " neighborly" of them to get together and mow her lawn.I know we all have busy lives,but it doesn't take a lot of time to show kindness. We might be in the same situation some day ❤

So grateful you've chosen to "pay it forward". I know the neighbors appreciate the work you do. If you want to get some pointers about how others are handling the hard work (sidewalks, etc.) there are a couple of channels I watch. Top Notch lawn care does mostly free work. There's a couple of companies in Australia that do the same thing. They may help you get things done without going home sore! Seems like you always pick the hardest jobs...it will do your son good to see his dad working so hard. Keep him moving...who knows, maybe he'll have his own landscaping company some day! Keep up the good work, keep working hard, and keep being blessed!

Great work from the two of you. Thank you for helping out and paying it forward. It seems so strange no one knows who lives there; perhaps a welfare check should be made by the Police. I always think it is sad when you hear neighbours not helping out each other in times of need. One thing though if I may; I think you both should be wearing tough gardening gloves to protect yourselves in case there are cats or vermin faeces about; risk of toxoplasmosis etc. I always wear gloves when working in the garden because of neighbours and feral cats messing in the garden sometimes.
