Neighbors were STUNNED I mowed this Abandoned property for FREE. They offered to PAY! I declined!
We were driving down the road and noticed this Abandoned Home with Overgrown grass and a hidden driveway. We stopped and mowed the grass, trimmed the tree's and found a hidden driveway! Once we finished the cleanup, the neighbors were stunned, they offered to pay us and we declined as we wanted to clean up this eyesore for FREE.

there might be somenone in your state that does this. I watch alot of these videos and I"ve seen ones, in FL, Minnesota, Maryland, Oklahoma, Texas and some I havent checked to see where they're at. One guy even does mowing tours and travels several states to do this. It took me forever to find Eric that's in my state.

I have called the city on the neighbor behind me several times this year, but they have done nothing. The grass and weeds are now over 5ft tall. I know because I am 5'2" and it is all taller than I am. Someone owns the property but nobody lives there. If I start getting rats, snakes, etc. I am going to really raise hell. It is a nightmare. If I weren't handicap I would have fixed that yard a long time ago. I can't pay someone to mow a yard that isn't mine. We need an Erik in our town Thank you for doing the amazing job you do helping others. I also, love the before and after look at the properties. Your son is awesome being willing to work. Hey, teach him (your son) how to use the blower. Its not as dangerous as the other equipment. Oh my just after cutting down branches of the trees it cleared up and started to look so much better, what a great you and you and your helper did. Cleaning up the cuttings is almost as a big job as cutting is. The plants (some with the white flowers) are Hosta’s, so glad you let them stay. What a beautiful house that is

Great job! I'm not an expert but that nice leafy plant by the door looks rather like a variety of 'hosta'. They're great for ground cover and come in all sorts of colours, some flowering.
