Neighbours Keep Using Man Pool So He Does This

I was checking on my friend's parents' home whilst they were away. I visited 1 weekend to move the garbage bins outside for collection the next day. I noticed towels over the pool fence - but my friends were away & were very tidy people. I came back 2 days later to move the bins inside the backyard, I heard screaming & laughing from kids in the pool. I asked these people whom they were & they said they were neighbours so it was ok. I got a call from the family telling me to expect a delivery whilst I was there. I informed the homeowners how I ran into their neighbours in their pool. The father was furious & told me he was going to ring the police. I waited outside as the police arrived - handing them the keys I reported what I heard & saw. Well 3 angry adults & 6 kids were marched outside to the street in swimming costumes. The adults were telling the police it was OK - but were shocked when told the owners were the ones calling the police.

I can't believe people are so self entitled as to do this. A pool costs a terrible pile of money to have constructed and installed as well as maintained. This heard of kids would all be pissing in the pool non stop, so how often would the owner need to change the water and have it cleaned ?! The dog... oh man the fur in the filters and floating in the water must be beyond sickening. If you don't build your own pool, that does not mean if your neighbour does, you can just help yourself to it whenever you want ! What the heck !!!

Oh heck no! I don't understand why that pool even had a lining??? When we had our pool, there was no lining, it was concrete call diamond bright. It was smooth pebbles all put together like blue and white. There was no way a dog or dogs swimming in our pool could ever ruin it. The only problem was the dog hair that we had to skim off the top of the pool. Our pool was all fenced in because we had lots of tall trees and the leaves would fall so the leaves fell on the screen and they would just blow off.

In Europe we mostly have poollining not concrete, they are built with blocks and lining However dogs could never scratch it

My parents had a big sign by their pool saying WELCOME TO OUR OOL, NOTICE THERE'S NO P IN IT, PLEASE KEEP IT THAT WAY!!
