Don’t know if you should give up so quickly. I was unhappily married to the wrong person for over 30 years. I finally got up the courage to end it and found a wonderful lady I’m much more in sync with. Our 10th anniversary is coming up soon and we’re looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together.

Great song. One of the greatest male singers of my generation along w/Elvis, Gene Pitney, Jay Black, Tom Jones, & Eric Burdon. John Lennon & Paul McCartney counting them on the solo works but their voices & harmonies in The Beatles was phenomenal. I miss those days, buying all these records. But good thing we can still enjoy the music as it’s still here.

I was 16 and dumped by my girlfriend. I wore out a phonograph needle and 2 45 records. It helped a lot. Five years later, I bought a Harley and put Lobo on my Jean jacket cutoffs. Finally the bike's noice drowned out my broken heart.

I find that hard to believe. Neil was such a great singer and performer. I just can't believe he'd lip sync anything. Unless I hear admit it I will never believe it. This is not a great video obviously but I still enjoyed watching it in part because Solitary Man is my favorite Neil Diamond song.
