Just Imagine for a second being the guy who gets the offer to go play Neil pearts drum parts with rush… just think about that for a second… I can only imagine how surreal that would be. I’ve seen mainstream drummers play Neil’s stuff and they do alright but they definitely can’t help but add their own feel to it that makes it seem just a little too unauthentic… You sir, play it 99.9% with the most authentic Neil Peart feel I’ve ever seen other than Neil himself, and I can pick up on that .01% of your own feel, which I find to be a fresh take on already amazing drum parts.Thats the way it should be! And to me that is exactly what Alex and geddy and the fans would need if rush were to tour again. I think Neil would be pleased too! I hope somehow this video makes it to geddy and Alex!
