Oh my! My favorite song to sing. The melody crushes me. I don't recall this song in Forrest Gump but the first two verses are so full of cryptic content, why not a cryptic connection to Forrest. Harvest Moon moves the world. It's Harvest for me.

Same here have been lucky enough to see him live with Crazy Horse back in 93 the day before I had turned 18 what acwayvto start your life as a young man of 18 had the whole world at my feet how quickly times past,and 2 years ago when he came to Ireland with Promise of the Real and Bob Dylan 2 great days unbelievable the energy Neil still has for a man of his age I just pray he comes back to Ireland one more time with Crazy Horse as I see the are working on a new album so you never know best wishes from Ireland and long may you run 👍

Este filme pra mim é um dos melhores que eu já assisti. Mostra um período de inocência das crianças para o fase adulta com suas perdas e responsabilidades!! Adorei, já assisti umas 10 a 20 vezes e qdo passa na TV aberta ou fechada eu sempre vejo de novo, é igual o Titanic, virou clássico muito bom mesmo!!

One of my favorite Neil Young compositions of all time. It was a perfect song for the movie "Forrest Gump". It is even more meaningful during the Covid Pandemic - almost all of the anti-vaccination fanatics are too young to remember the Polio Epidemic in the early 1950s when my husband and I were in elementary school. The polio vaccine wasn't invented until about 10 years after which everyone was so grateful to receive immunity. Years later many adults who had polio when young started suffering from post polio syndrome which is very painful. Thank you Neil for your beautiful songs with biographical meanings.
