I've always loved Linda Ronstadt's version.Neil Young's original is wonderful, too. The two interpret the song in quite different ways, and both ways work. I do have to say that I like Neil's slower tempo.

as fate and fortune would have it, I regret that I only saw him once in concert. I believe it was in support of Harvest but not sure, Linda Ronstadt opened for him. I was able to work with the loading and unloading of gear for the student ACT committee at Univ of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Anybody else here see them on this tour ? It was an incredible night to say the least

Liking Young's very relaxed (even dare I say laconic) style. Ronstadt's version was the one most of as heard for so many years ( she's a fantastic singer) and I still can't *not* hear it in his smooth melodious style
