During the Chunin Exams Neji is stronger. Sasuke was able to become as fast as Lee. But guess what? Neji can react to Lee's speed. Rock Lee was only faster than Neji if Rock Lee opened the inner gates. Guy stated this. Neji's rotation can block out Sasuke's ninjutsu like Fireball jutsu and Chidori. But during the Sasuke retrieval arc when Sasuke's Sharingan developed when he was fighting Naruto and when he reached his Curse Mark level 2 state, is when he surpassed Neji. And in Shippuden Sasuke definitely surpassed Neji. Although I think Neji could have been stronger if Kishi didn't shit on his side characters. I mean, Kishi made the Sharingan way too OP like having Mangekyo Sharingan and Susanno while not giving the Byakugan OP abilities. I guarantee you if Neji was the main character the Byakugan would show off abilities you couldn't imagine.

Neji would slay sasuke in that time period Neji's rotation has more defensive power then gaaras sand shield. plus at that time neji had the 64 palms and since Sasuke doesnt have the 9 tails thats all neji would need to win. Sasuke uchiha rotation isnt a wind-type attack/defence.. rotation is chakra leaking out of the body and maintaining a shield due to high speed spinning around by its user. last time I checked fires and even "lazer" would be dispelled by it, so doubt that the low level firestyle techiques Sasuke managed on that point of the anime could ignite it..

there's one thing people fail to relaized, Saskue could use sharingan to copy the way Neji uses his chakra in his hands, and, he can see the movements of Neji. and could be able to block his movements, and Neji could block all attacks from saskue, useing Rotation. so they both have advantages and Disadvantages. and, idk who would win, but it would be a good fight, so, i think its best if Naruto and Saskue would fight.

Sasuke did not have his eyes implanted into him. Byakugan is more of analysis, the part where Sharingan can "read" jutsus, Byakugan can do that 100x better. But the Sharingan is more offensive, a single glance can destroy the opponent, and it can produce Amaterasu, the most advanced Fire technique.

HOLY SH-... yikes, that was cool. Remixes are incredibly difficult to do well (I would assume), but you did an amazing job on this. There were NO FLAWS whatsoever!! Everything (except the constant scenery changes) made it feel just like a real fight! (flashbacks and all). The ONLY thing is... as some people said... the music. Blegh... it was ok, but not really worthy of such an awesome fight. I hope to see more remixes of such high caliber in future!

it kinda depends on what episode your talking about, in the episodes where they went to get back sasuke , garra had a new move i think it's called sand avalanche and then when all the sand covers you he does giant sand coffin , if you think about it everyones leans new moves accept lee and neji

Not to sound picky or tough, but in the beginning of the video Sasuke threw kunai at Neji, but Neji deflected shuriken. But great video.

and plus the chidori takes time to activate. and since chidori is made out of massive amount of chakra and lightning,neji can just stop sasuke's left arm chakra flow.
