Nejire is VERY fun on PC, and also the first new character I've successfully rolled since Aizawa... Her Beta is absurdly useful when you have a Mouse to really nail down opponents as unlike Endeavor's Gamma that turns slowly, Nejire will SNAP to whatever direction you face which can really ruin the day of a Rapid who gets too close.

Hot take: this new tuning system actually sounds really nice. It is extremely overcomplicated but calling it pay to win is a bit much. If anything it just feels like you're buffing your characters in the aspect you want it to be buffed in. For instance maybe you feel assault deku's alpha needs more damage or his gamma needs higher reload speed. You can buff that (mind you it's not a significant difference and it just makes the game a bit more convenient.) You can also get rid of the stun effects meaning no hawks beta will hurt you ever again. You can get new auras for the skins you love. I genuinely believe it looks fun (but overcomplicated). But think about it this way: surely everyone has a bunch of unwanted (possibly PUR) skins they got in rolls trying to pull for a character. Theyre already giving out free level up currency in weeklies. And everyone has at least 1k hero souls. So i believe it's just a way to make things more fun. Besides its a free game. If you think its a way for the devs to make money youre probably right. Where else will they earn money after all. If you use your tickets wisely you'll end up getting the characters you want instead of buying characters you dont want and regretting it later. The leaks show the upcoming characters so just save up till your fav is right around the corner. It's that simple. Pretty sure the new system is because the devs are too lazy to listen to our suggestions regarding nerfs and buffs so they're probably just like "do it yourself". I know some of these perks are crazy like the freeze effects thing but technically you cant have all the good ones in the same skin. Its a tradeoff and it adds an element of surprise. Just let the season play out more I think this system sounds really fun. I believe it is a useless feature but it isnt "game breaking". Like it doesnt ruin the game. You can put up as much of a fight with base characters. The kota finder is broken af though. Other than that you cant really tune a character much. I mean the hp one only increases your hp by 6 at max. Who needs that. The damage buff increases your damage barely by like 3 or something. It's useless. I believe they should focus on adding crossplay i mean it's a battle royale and their playerbase id already low af. Matchmaking takes ages. Just add it between consoles and then you could maybe fix the hacking problems on pc and add pc to crossplay as well. Thats what i think they should do. Long essay ik sorry about that.....

Only complaint is that the costumes already have kind of of pre builds. You also have to choose an ugly skin to use a super good special skill like kota finder since you can't change it but wanna rock a skin you like. Tuning should have been per character not per costume

Nejire is a Strike Character disguised as a Technical, two moves give knockback, the rest are pure damage you have to avoid, and she has mobility to fly above you and beam you down similar to endeavor's alpha except she can just hold the button down which is crazy to think, i figured she'd be a rapid or Strike since she's either gonna be A. High damage or B. HIgh Mobility, and they went with A and a little bit of B, at least she can catch the Rapid Meta now

Honestly, I actually can tolerate her. Like they been making so many new characters busted in so many ways, so it was a bit relaxing to have someone that I can actually handle. I also won against her with Strike Shigiraki, who I tuned up to do additional damage, and let me tell you man it hits good. From 25/26 to 27 per damage. Small change but any increased damaged is needed

They'll never do it but they need to make it so there's multiple types of ranked matches. Anything goes ranked matches and ranked matches with certain characters like Hawks, Nejire, and any other air camp heavy characters get banned from being used.

As odd as the Tuning system might be, I will fight tooth claw and nail to say its something we needed, maybe not wanted. This has now made it SIGNIFIGANTLY more worth getting duplicates in the Gacha, enabling you to power up characters you DO enjoy currently playing, while making each personyou fight distinct from each other. I still feel as though all of the materials in the game should be handed out much more freely, but this is an amazing step in the right direction.
