rapid Toga's alpha alone makes her a better character i feel, the game is slowly but surely leaning into a state where having a good "gun" alpha is more and more important; being able to not only catch moving characters but also safely attack is important, and her alpha just has insane range and damage. on top of that she also has significantly better movement. i think once we let blu Toga bake a bit more and people get used to her, she'll quickly be considered a top 5 character in a similar vein to how people originally thought yellow Shiggy was shit but then we all got used to doing his combos we discovered and now he's an insanely powerful menace

I actually find Rapid Toga way more comfy to play, she has excellent mobility (especially vertical mobility which tech toga is worse at), I can actually land her alphas, and I even have an easier time getting blood because, despite tech toga's autotracking, I often feel way too exposed using her gamma. With rapid toga thanks to the stun I can take my time and properly get the blood safely. Idk I've just had way better results too lol, love her, it's thanks to her that I broke my KO limit (8)

In my opinion Rapid Toga is better because her own kit is already so good. She good the Dmg+Mobility. She counters many characters on her own. BUT she requires also more skill than Tech Toga because hitting gamma with rapid toga is way harder than tech toga. it has not a crazy range and hitbox like tech toga.

Rapid toga is the best due to her movement and counters close range/melee units due to her being a ranged rapid with a really safe play style unlike twice who has to get closer. Also Her beta stagger allow for near instant kills with her teammates.

I would say rapid toga because she has better mobility but at the same time her gamma is a slow mobility but at the same time toga and rapid toga has the same mobility because u can take the same characters blood but original movement without someone’s blood goes torapid toga but I wonder why rapid togas beta isn’t a blood sucker because I think it should be but it makes sense for it to also be a blood sucker because in that one episode she took the op urarakas blood with the same weapon and also I love how I would be mid air and i would accidentally transform and my moves would reload which would save me sometimes - my bad for a whole essay

I feel like the gamma being hard land was a way to balance her cooldown abilities, coupled with the fact that it's risky to transform in the middle of a battle since Blue toga needs to be more up close. She's more skill dependant and way more fun for me, i like her more

Hawks may have traumatized me enough to say that rapid toga is not that annoying, but people who use her very well definitely make my blood boil sometimes. I haven’t played her character enough to have a final decision on which skill set is best, but with the few experiences I’ve had playing with her, I personally prefer technical toga over new toga. Even as a rapid, I find her movement a bit underwhelming for me and her hit box disappoints me sometimes😭
