Hi, my new keyboard have just arrived and I am sharing with you my first impression and do I think that it is worth the money. This is a budget keyboard so you can not expect the highest possible quality. Anyway, take a look at the video and see more details.

thanks for the review, the keyboard seems to be very noisy... but at that price range I'm not surprised...

Welcome! It is a bit noisy but when you use it it is not a big issue because most of the time you are not playing super fast notes or wearing headphones. :)

I've got the lx61+ the pads don't light up..the octave and transpose buttons don't work can anyone help me please...I've tried factory resetting the keyboard many times

Seems like the keyboard offers a lot for the money! It is clanking a bit, but you can't hear that when having headphones on :) you prefer sliders or mod wheels for dynamics/volume control? I can't imagine myself having all these buttons assigned to something... :)

It is clanky, but when you play it slower and not going crazy, it's totally fine... Before I only had mod wheels, this will now be a test with all of these extra controls.

doese this midi piano need to b plugged into speakers to actually hear it working?... like computer speakers, or speakers in general. unlike a regular normal keyboard?

This is a midi keyboard. That means it sends midi signals to software on a computer. To use this controller, you would need a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) on your computer to use it.

Hi, I'm not sure that this particular keyboard would be the best option for learning piano and to practice. But if you are a complete beginned it could suit the need. Maybe it would be better to buy M-audio Keystation 61 because it is more clean design and I think the keys are more sutable for your use. Have in mind that these keyboards are made for midi input. If I were to have a set up consisting of a lx61, a focusrite interface, and a macbook pro, how would I connect the lx61 to the interface considering that there are no midi in/midi out on the lx61. The interface and macbook would be connected via USB but how would I connect the lx61 to the interface? I know the lx61 is capable of being connected directly to the macbook, but I would like to run it through an interface to reduce latency problems. Thanks for any future responses.

Super easy, USB cable, it is plug and play system. No any additional set up.

Why all the midi keyboards are noisy. I don't understand why i can not find a siletn keys midi keyboard, because i don't like to disturb neighbors. i bought a lot but all are same.

Fella should have bought the Nektor GXP61. It's basically their semi-weighted controller for reliable piano. Pretty much the same price as the Impact.
