Nelamangala To Tumkur NH 48 expansion Into New 10 Lane Road// ನೆಲಮಂಗಲ ದಿಂದ ತುಮಕೂರು ವರೆಗಿನ NH 48 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ 10 ಲೇನ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ.
This video is about ongoing road expansion project between Nelamangala And Tumkur in NH 48.
National Highway 48 into a 10-lane (6 Lane Highway & 4 Service lanes) highway at a cost of Rs 844 crores.
HG Infra Engineering Limited had emerged as the lowest bidder by quoting Rs 844 crore. The project will include 17 flyovers and railway-over-bridges. 6 lane of Tumakuru-Nelamangala including Tumakuru bypass section of NH-48 from 29.435 kms to 74.168 kms on EPC mode. Works will started from November 2022 After the extension work is complete, the Bengaluru-Tumakuru Highway will be the third 10-lane expressway for Bengaluru after the Bengaluru-Nelamangala and Bengaluru-Mysuru highways. It will also be a green highway as 600 saplings

ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ಇಂಟರ್ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಏರ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಆಗುವಾಗ ಒಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಅದೇನಂದರೆ 2033 ರ ವರೆಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ಇಂಟರ್ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಏರ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಸತ್ತಲಿನ 150 km ವರೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಏರ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು. ಅದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಹೊಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಬೇಕಿದ್ದ ಇಂಟರ್ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಏರ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಕೂಡ ಕೈ ಬಿಡಲಾಯಿತು. ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮ KIAL ಟರ್ಮಿನಲ್ ನಿಂದ 150 km ಆಚೆ ನಾವು ಇಂಟರ್ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಏರ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡುವುದಾದರೆ ಅದು ತುಮೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾದ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ 2033 ರರ ವರೆಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ 9 ವರ್ಷ ಕಾಯಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ನಾವು ತುಮಕೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಟ್ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಏರ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಲು.

ಮೊದಲ ಫೇಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವೀಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜಾಗ ಬೇರೆಯವರು ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿ, ಅಂಗಡಿ , ಮನೆ, ಅಥವಾ ಕಾಂಪೌಂಡ್ ಆಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣ ಆಗಿರೋದನ್ನ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವುದು ತುಂಬಾ ಸಮಯ ಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಕೆಲಸ. ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 90 % ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣ ಅದ ಭೂಮಿ ಹಿಂಪಡೆದು ಸರ್ವೀಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೆಲಸ 50 % ಮುಗಿದಿದೆ. ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 2025 ರ ಒಳಗೆ ಇವರು ಸರ್ವೀಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮುಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ನನಗೆ ಇವರು ಕೆಲಸ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಗಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅನ್ನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 🤨🤔

@@prashantshet37 yes after completing of certain persentage of road construction complition, they need to get the permission from NHAI and government and then they can start collecting toll.

You are correct, if this road will be used by heavy vehicles which are coming from different states and going towards other states. But these heavy vehicles and other state going vehicles will be diverted through a satellite town ring road near dabaspet so traffic on this road should reduce eventually. Since this highway is also expanding,. So people coming to Bengaluru can travel on this road a bit fast , safe and without traffic.

Everyone interested only in political career and making money for their next generations. Zero cares for people and for development of state and infrastructure. Every project in Karnataka is either 20+ years old and still not done, or cancelled. People remember SM Krishna days.
