Tr ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഓരോ ആഹാരത്തേക്കാൾ tr ന്റെ സംസാരം, ചിരി, എല്ലാം എനിക്ക് വളരെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. ഞാനും ഒരു tr ആണ്. നാളെ തന്നെ ഞാൻ നെല്ലിക്ക അച്ചാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കും.

with due respect..i have made this with slight changes..like steaming ( to avoid boiling) the gooseberry n then peeling it from seeds ( comes out automatically) ..mix wht you hve suggested ..i have added to the amlas without water..tastes good too..with a pinch of salt..

ടീച്ചറെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീട്ടിലെ നെല്ലിമരതിൽ ഇഷ്ടം പോലയുണ്ട് നെല്ലിക്ക ബാംഗ്ലൂരിൽ ഒരു ചെറു നാരങ്ങ വലിപ്പമുണ്ട് പക്ഷേ reddish green ആണ് എല്ലാവരും വന്നു പറിച്ച് കൊണ്ടുപോകും ജീവിതത്തിൽ എന്തെങകിലും ഒരു ഉപകാരം അങ്ങനീങ്കിലും ആകട്ടെ , പിന്നെ വിഷുവിന് കണി ക്കൊന്നയും നമ്മുടെ വീട്ടിലെ ഒള്ളു. അരി നെല്ലിക്കയും ധാരാളം ഉണ്ട്.

Teacher, നെല്ലിക്ക തിളപ്പിച്ച വെള്ളം ഊറ്റി കളഞ്ഞിട്ടു വേറെ വെള്ളം ഉപയോഗിച്ചല്ലോ . അങ്ങനെ ആദ്യ തിളപ്പിച്ച വെള്ളം ഊറ്റുമ്പോൾ vit C & vit B complete വെള്ളത്തിൽ കൂടി നഷ്ട്ടപെടും . They are water soluble vitamins. I think we can use the same boiled water for the recepie.. 🙏

Yes. But then too the vitamis will be lost to an extent. This way you can preserve for 3 months atleast in brine
