Mint Squash
Ingredients
1) Mint stem + mint leaves together - 250 gm
2) Sugar - 1 kg
3) Water - 1 litre
4) Citric acid - 1 tsp
Preparation
1) Wash, drain & roughly chop the mint.
2) Take 1 litre water in a pressure cooker, add 1 kg sugar, stir well to mix & add the chopped mint, stir & close the cooker.
3) Gently heat the cooker on sim, when slowly water vapour begins coming out, put the weight, let gently gain half pressure.
4) Put off flame keep for about 15 to 20 hours as it is, then decant, add the citric acid & stir well to dissolve.
5) bottle & keep in the lower shelf of the fridge.
