Thank-you... This worked.. The phone turned on after disconnecting the battery Cable, but the phone didn't just turn on by pressing power button. So I had to hold both "volume up + power button" together. Then the phone turned on. Later connected the battery cable and it started charging. The red LED is still blinking while charging though.

Quick update - 1.Reboot in recovery while battery connector out. 2. Wipe Data . Reboted with battery connector out .then plugged in batery conector - Started charging with white light.
