Tell me, did this used to be Olson's Resort back in the 60s, 70s and 80s? My dad used to love fishing on Crane Lake. He loved it so much that he would drag the entire family up there, year after year. As soon as my sisters were old enough, they bailed, as fishing 12 hours a day was not for them. Then mom. Finally it was just me, and I so wanted to do something else. No offence. So on our way up from Chicago we would pass the Wisconsin Dells on I94, and I'd see all the kids playing at the water parks. "Dad, why can't we ever vacation at the Dells?" And he's say to me "What for? There's no fishing there?"
