One of the better designs I've seen-not too small, not too big, and really quite livable. For my need, I would add a skylight in the loft, a balcony on the roof where I could sunbathe while doing a bit of calisthenics, and a half-bath for guests. I'm gravitating toward tiny-house living, but with two bathrooms. Too many guests waiting in line would be a heartbreaker! 😊

I would definitely move back to Texas for this tiny home - the layout is perfect for me, and the porch, the shed, the view, etc. are ALL things I would love. Just need financing or a generous patron. Beautiful!

This is beautiful, just the way it is, Great taste♥️ I Love it, doesn’t look to tall on top floor but it’s still great, add several smaller beds for grandkids, the whole families cook stay up top. Come visit, go fishing have a good weekend visiting grandma. Would only have to bring your clothes and food, it’s ready to move in, don’t forget your fur baby, she’ll love the fenced yard. All these tiny homes people look for all over in every state I don’t understand why because your homes are so much superior to many other custom homes with all your features if I wanted a tiny home I definitely would travel across all the states to see yours first if I could buy a larger new MBH n you made them a lot like the tiny homes with all the windows n porch n screen porches it would definitely be nyours to cross over to me in SC
