league is notorious for bad balacing, they never know how to make balance, either its too strong or complety useless, and then they only use the competitive scenario to balance a game based on less than 1% os the player base

Every decision is on Purpose. They have a very good understanding of their game and its honestly one of the best balanced and maintained games i have ever seen. I will give them credit for that. And if you dont believe me just go play any other game, overwatch dev team is horrible in this reguard they truly have no clue what they are doing and killed the game for the SECOND time. Rainbow six siege is bad at this, cs 2 gets no updates lol, apex legends does a bunch of horrible choices, etc. Ive played every game for years each and ive never saw a game like league. Where the dev team is so open with everything, chill about things, and actually make decent choices most patches. Some patches are questionable but they ACCEPT they are wrong and roll back things very often and will completely back petal if they were wrong. You almost NEVER see this with any other games. Now does league have its problems? Yes. And a few of them. Namely no voice chat, no efficient way to communicate in a COMPETITIVE game is simply unacceptable no matter the agruements. The matchmaking system is also a problem, namely autofill stuff, and how free it is. People should not be able to pick yuumi jungle no matter what for example. Just too much room for trolling. Overwatch learned this the hard way, and league really needs to follow the one thing overwatch did right which is role que. They have their reasons, but player experience triumphs everything. Even que times. If i que for a role, i want that role. No if ands or buts. And just the amount of bad players you get in this game is very alarming. Ive never experienced this in other games. Could be because the lack of player agency compared to other games but its really noticable in this game and extremely frustrating with how snowbally the game is. It has other issues to but this comment is getting long, but the point is. These issues are just smaller things. The main gameplay is what matters most, and its really good in this game. Really the problem isnt the game, its mostly the playerbase. Which is why voice chat is NEEDED. Let players duke it out with each other. We are humans not little kids who need to be protected. It will be much better then this text chat toxicity we have now. People are way more willing to be toxic in text chat then to actually speak it. And when people actually talk to each other even negativity its still a positive thing. Because both the people talking to each other now know, "this person is trying to win, thats why they are passionately agruing with me". And steers the game in the right direction and people become willing to listen. It seems toxic but its really not. Its just basic human emotions.
