I just purchased one of these for my roof top tent. I waited for the REI Member Event. I used my 20% off coupon and my dividend, saved me $167! One suggestion: When you’re packing it up, do the fold a few times to squeeze out as much air as you can. After that, attach your pump in deflation mode on the deflation valve to suck the last of the air out. This will make pack up much easier.

As someone else mentioned, keep your mouth a few inches away from the opening of the Vortex inflation sack, it will inflate much faster and put less humidity into the pad itself. You will not need a pump, unless you have COPD. Also, when deflating, fold while applying pressure to the pad, with your knees and hands, then close all but the center one way deflation valve, while maintaining the pressure. This will get much more air out of the pad, before rolling it up.

I’m pretty sure he’s using a Flextail Max Pump. I’ve been using the Flextail Tiny Pump and Tiny Pump X2 for tent sleeping pads. They’re a game changer! So much easier than those sacks that come with the pads and you can hang in your tent for a light. For this mattress I think I’m going to purchase the new Flextail Max Pump 2 Plus. I like the bigger battery, longer operation time, and it can be used as a power bank.

100% It's a Vortex inflation sack!!! Assuming the Nemo Roamer hasn't been packed up for months, after it sits, with all the inflation valves open for 30-45 min, just a few full sacks will inflate it, to whatever your desired pressure is.
