Neh-mo-fee-lah. No "i" at the end. It's a kind of flower that is native to the US but a popular import in Japan. It's known in the US as "baby blue-eyes."

Hi, Detrucci! Good to see you. Nemophila has been around for a while now. They have even done some brief overseas tours. I discovered them shortly after they formed because I was already a fan of drummer Tamu san. They have all been in other bands. They were initially doing mostly covers, including one of Babymetal's Megitsune. 🦊🤘There is a studio performance MV on their channel. Mayu has a great voice. Although I am not a super fan of harsh vocals, I really like most of their music. I do seem to be partial to the songs bassist Haraguchi san has had a hand in writing, Zen and Hypnosis are my favorites. Guitarist Hazuki always confuses me when she goes into a solo, it doesn't seem to fit the song, but by the time she comes out of it I have the sense it fit all along. 😅 I'm sure I will miss the dual-lead guitar work by Hazuki and Saki, with Saki having left the band. 😢 So, if you react to more Nemophila, I will drop by to check it out. Looking forward to it. ✌️👋

If you're going to react to Nemophila then you'd better get used to saying "I didn't expect that". Most reactors say it at least the first five or six times they react to the band. Two seven-string guitars and a five-string bass. That's a lot of strings for three people but every one of them used to maximum effect.
