Nendoroid Packaging is Changing Back???

Goodsmile should look into using compostable plastic, that way everyone wins. My school uses 100% compostable cups that are completely see-through. If Goodsmile used that instead, then we could reduce our environmental impact while also preventing people from getting scammed.

i’m more shocked by how fast they’re moving with this all in production. the initial change must’ve been planned months before announcement if they released them so fast after and now they’re already cancelling it and only 12 are impacted. i’m so curious on what the production timeline is for them especially seeing how some nendoroids can be released within months and others take over a year

I actually heard the box change was because environmental laws and guidelines had to be followed in the country goodsmile produces in, so in order to cut back on fines for not following those rules, they wanted the box change but I guess the customer outrage was a lot.. 😅 I was actually fine with the box change but I’m so bummed out my sakura Nendoroid will be the only one affected ToT

@ Yeah i wasn’t too upset by the change as I will be opening everyone I did get, but yeah i wonder if they’ll reissue or even maybe even just offer the old packaging for the 12 effected nendoroids
