I just booted up strive to try this, i picked Sol and the cpu picked May, cpu was on normal, first game i hit a few mover but got lost easily and could not figure if i was facing left or right, tried to use sound cues but perhaps i was blocking or being hit because i couldn't hear the moves, either way i lost round 1, round 2 was similar. Game 2 i tried to not move much, but i tried to do a combo after hearing "counter" and got lost right after losing round. Game 2 i tried to hold my ground and kept using gun flame and foward slash as they have a nice range to keep the cpu away, however i think they went for a jump in as i think i got hit there, after trying some moves i was able to figure out the side i was facing and was able to win the round with a super, Round 3 i started with a really meme-ish combo, basically Wild assault > Slash > Heavy Slash > Wild assault > Slash > Heavy slash. I think it worked after that i zoned them with gun flame, they used their super but i blocked and used mine to win the round.
