I really do love this essence. I had trouble with dry, flaky patches on my chin and jaw area. Even with using hydration and using heavy moisturizers, I would still wake up with those problems. I started using this and slowly those dry patches have reduced and now they're completely gone. I think this essence in combination with the moisturizer I'm currently using saved my skin. I buy this from a website called stylekorean and they're selling it for $27 a bottle. Sometimes it would be on sale for $19.99.

Hi Sarah I used a bottle of this last Winter (it lasted over five months used only in the morning as I was using a different first essence in the evening). I have very delicate, dry, dehydrated, rosacea and eczema prone skin and my skin loved it. I found it to be soothing and hydrating, although the Missha time revolution is more hydrating (though not as soothing which is what I was using in the evening). I'm considering repurchasing for this Winter, after using up the Aqulabo jelly mist which I'm currently using in it's place (the jelly mist is full of amino acids etc). My skin loves layers of hydration including first essence, toner, essence, serum etc. I'm not skimply with my product and use everything face/neck/chest so I go through it quicker than others may do. Even with sometimes two layers of this daily it lasted five months, which makes it pretty economical to use. I also give it a 10. Best wishes.

I use this essence I used to use tatcha which which performed well but I was looking for something that was really really hydrating I have very very dry skin I love it. The price point makes me love it even more It performs well and it keeps my skin hydrated

I’ve been looking for a substitute for the Primera Miracle Seed Essence and tried this Neogen Essence... I love it but I find the Primera one more hydrating! But still I settled for the Neogen and bought another 3 bottles because it’s on sale.lol The issue with Primera for me is, it is EXPENSIVE! But if the Primera Essence and Neogen Essence is on the same price range, I’d choose Primera all day everyday! ☺️☺️☺️

Love this essence and almost out. Think I wasted some by using it with one of those flat cotton pads that come with the Keep Cool toner because they absorb a lot more than you would think even when only using half the pad. Serum is great too (on my second bottle). First heard about it from Penn Smith I think. Probably going to bring it with me this weekend (down to last inch). Love your reviews and your beautiful glowing skin

Those little cotton pads do soak up a lot of product, but sometimes it's a nice way to use essences and toners so I totally get it. Sometimes I'll soak a little up on a cotton pad and apply it under my eyes and just let it sit for a while. Feels so soothing! Love Penn Smith- she's a great skincare expert!

No BS Beauty yeah, they’re great. I have some scent issues so it’s a way of trying to figure out if I can tolerate it before I get a big one. I’m also new to all this so I am creating my yes and no lists which has some maybes and try in a different season (like Laneige Cream Skin Refiner). In some cases I’m trying the minis a second time in order to be sure I wanna get the full size (especially like this essence which is super expensive for me).

Oh, I’ve been waiting for this one! I have it and the ingredient list is great, but sometimes when I use it, it kinda foams a litlle bit. Have you had that happen? I use it before toner because I’m pretty sure it’s a first essence, which should go on before toner, so maybe it’s because my face is too damp from cleansing? I’m also trying to figure out if this has been breaking me out. Not large breakouts, but single huge cystic pimples under the skin across my face, neck and chest, including places where I don’t usually break out at all. Since I stopped using it they’ve stopped but I’m unsure whether it was this or something else.

I just bought the EltaMD skin recovery toner. I've heard good things about the Neogen. I want to try the Missha red algae or Artemis toner/essence.

You'll have to let me know how you like the EltaMD Toner, I might have to pick it up too. I tried the Missha Red Algae and I found it to have a strong floral scent, the Artemis Toner had a strong mugwort scent, but I can use it much easier than the Algae one.

@@NOBSBeauty Oh ty for letting me know. Great info!. The EltaMD toner is great. There's NO scent or fragrance at all. The second is it absorbs fast. Thirdly it doesn't take much at all. It's to help barrier function. I think it helps with that for sure and my moisturizer seems to sink in better. I feel it's worth it.

Both are wonderful but if you have really dry skin the Serum is nicely hydrating and sets to a natural finish and if plays well with other products. It's great to mix with other products such as retinol.

I really do love the Tatcha Essence, and I think they are both great options. In the summer my favorite is the Neogen, but during the dry winter Tatcha is my go to since it is a bit more hydrating. You really can't go wrong with either since they are both wonderful formulas.

Excellent essence. Tatcha and other so called "high end" products are way overhyped in comparison to sooooo many other much affordable brands that are simply not marketed enough. For ever grateful to my longtime dermatologist for educating me on so many other affordable and much better performance on numerous skin issues and conditions. Besides this product and this brand I seriously went through a 'rabit hole', both on Your tube and Google search. I couldn't believe that a product one can buy (and literally no one mentions) is 10 euros here in Europe. Saved my skin this winter combined with retinol. Soooo many brands no one talks about that surpass many way overpriced brands that are just good marketing.

Paula's Choice has some great Toners, but in my experience I really like the one from neogen so I think that's a great idea. You'll have to keep me posted and let me know how you end up liking the neogen once you get a chance to try it

@@NOBSBeauty I have been using the iope bio condition essence for awhile now and I would call it my 2 ND place compared to sk11 it's cheaper if u get it threw Amazon offical they have been haven good sales on it I got it for 26$ the first time then I got it on auto delivery it cost no more then 3O and they been doing extra coupons lately on it sense holidays . I can say I used sk11 for 7 months straight and never had the results I have seen with other products and I was so surprised and sad at the same time case its so expensive but I'm haven a nice experience with the iope to . I just never wanted to buy into sk11 and didn't think I would be that girl but I'm in love it actually brighten made the rest of my hyperpigmentation go away that other stuff didn't touch I thought it was way over rated but fell into the trap but it's one u can't use speratily I used it morning and even 7 months straight I think that was keep. I'm just crying over price. O I heard amarapacific if having a 25% sale or 39 black Friday I know u love the green tea essence haven't tried that one yet.
