The footage and all the information about this amazing place made for a wonderful and informative evening. Excellent work, Thanks.

Historical bias should not be used to polarize opinion or discredit a culture. And yet, erasing the past is a huge barrier to human progress. So we should bear in mind when we see it that no one m’s ancestors were exempt. Christians did it to Greek and Roman statutes. Egypt did to Hatshepsut. as do any modern gaslighting propagandists. such editing suggests one’s narrative cannot withstand abundant evidence to contrary.

Where the world is busy in marketing artificial structures, India, on the other hand, is land of wonders ...these caves should have been 7th Wonder ...far-far ahead of Tajmahal
@arhumfarooq7259Ай бұрын
This is pretty good but I don’t think it should replace the Taj Mahal. It should replace the Christ redeemer statue in Brazil. The statue was built in the 1900s. There is nothing really historic about it when compared to site like these in the Taj.

These temples are beautiful. No chance they were built in as little as 18 years though, especially the Kailasa temple. Think of our grandest European cathedrals: these each took many decades, even over a century to build, and they’re smaller in scope than the Kailasa temple. We’re either looking at centuries of work here in this cave complex, or we’re looking at rock cutting done with lost technology

Not carved, dug out of ashes and mud. 1) You can see the external walls have rectangular melted brick 2) The mud and ash filled the entire area 3) The buildings were encased in super heated stone melting over it - and you can see circular airpockets all over the place indicating super heating event 4) The interiors were encased and then needed only to be observed for the cracking and broken into with pickaxes. 5) The entire structure may have been various materials but through an unknown event or process became "stone". Perhaps some variation of a plasma event? There were no thousand years of carving of any temple. Furthermore, it may not have been a temple at all - just a dwelling, company building, or palace for someone. They needed protection so they had a massive wall surrounding it (in part it appears to have collapsed as you can see it sloping with the super heated melting that flooded over this area). There was no carving done, except digging of ash, mud and stone debris. To have done so with chisels is absolutely ludicrous and the burden of proving this flimsy explanation is upon those making these absurd claims. The builders used machines, high tech drills and all manner of exotic materials to build a lavish palace for some person or group. A huge destructive, super heated event occurred and concealed it safely. Pockets of air preserved a lot of ornate detail and structure, but it did not prevent the 'reinterpretation' of the matter (copper, glass, metal) into stone. Observe carefully, the melting evidence in all the corners of this building complex. The evidence is there for the willing and free thinking. One last remark, is the blackening on the stones everywhere on this site indication of sulfur?

Can you please elaborate? Most historians and architectural historians agree on the sequence of development of the Ellora cave temples, and the evidence for earlier Buddhist temples being converted to Hindu and Jain temples is overwhelming.
@thehawkseye3412Ай бұрын
@@UnchartedRuins Nope. Ellora caves had three important building periods: an early Hindu period (~550 to 600 CE), a Buddhist phase (~600 to 730 CE) and a later Hindu and Jain phase (~730 to 950 CE). Each of them made their own cave temples without bothering the other. Also what conversion? Earlier Buddhists made stupa= with relics of Buddha. That is usually a mound. Not really a "temple". Temple architect is distinct. The destroyed idols at Ajanta/Ellora site of all sort happened much later like in 1682 on order of Mughal ruler Aurangzeb. Instead of distorians aka historians with political agenda, read the archeological reports and right chronology of these caves.
