I show you how I make a Cellactivator out of pigments, furthermore a Neon CA! I also accidently made up the splatter blow! Oh so much fun and what an effect! See for yourself

My POURING MEDIUM
Behr Dynasty deep base semi-gloss and minwax polycrylic (roughly 2:1) from Home depot
And thinning to the right consistency with JoSonja gloss varnish (Dick blick, jerrys artsarama or Fluidart.co)
Paints mixed with my PM:
Golden HB - Qin. Nickel azo gold, diox. purple
Atelier - carbon black
fluid-art.co/ for TLP and SUP, Silicone mats, Palette knives etc.
The magic juice/Cell activator is mixed with australian floetrol. (1:1)
I disperse the pigments with alcohol and mix it with matte gel 1:1 before I mix it with my aussie floe.
TLP - Inferno, mosh
The wall paint I use for my PILLOW PAINT is Glidden essentials 'white' in eggshell

THE SPINNER I'm using is my own design and creation. Every single work step is done by my hands and my table saw (operated by me)

Holy Cannoli Jessica! Splatter-blows rock (It's still odd to see you blowing). You give me hope when I was almost ready to throw in the towel and go back to inks or encaustics or sculpting. I have been tweaking the various pillow paints until my head spins. The current one splits, not flocculates, but 'curdles' the second it comes up through the colors which makes swiping or scooping and dragging a hot mess. I love this so much.

@@WinterStromArt I am told I am an extraordinarily patient person; also scarily organized, methodical and tenacious - at least that was the rumor running around my staff back in Northern CA. I have moments when I figure I just wait until the weather warms up and my paints behave politely (until it gets too hot for them). But for now I am concocting my own pillow recipe(s) and trying a more fluid bloom recipe and using techniques inspired by Sara Taylor and Elyse Fournier. To smash that challenge with a wallop - Amazon U.S. has recently been refusing to fill my orders for many items we can't find here. My screen is full of exclamations and red type-faced warnings saying they no longer deliver to France or Monaco but that I can buy U.S. floetrol on French Amazon for $55.00 per liter or $150 for a gallon (about the same price as Owetrol) Sorry to waffle on Jessica - perhaps it would have been better to say, 'I'm up for the challenge. Bring it on!' FYI - Sennelier have a lovely color 'Or de Quinacridone' # 599 which is really close to Golden QNAG. Also, wanted to ask if you have tried Charvin paints (Paris) They make gorgeous buttery paints which arrive in terribly elegant packaging similar to Chanel and Gucci perfume boxes! #PY35 - Bright yellow Gold and #PV23RS - Indigo are the colors that I think you would feast upon.
