The first episode I found of y’all was the hair dye that changed colors and I’ve been watching ever since. I am so glad that you guys gave credit to James and Vanessa. You guys are always very humble and honest and give credit where credit is due. I know 2 million is a lot of subscribers to a lot of people, but you guys deserve so many more and I am not quite sure why you guys aren’t bringing in the subs or the views? You are always hilarious and you have such good content. I genuinely hope that you guys hit a viral video soon and people figure out what they have been missing out on. There are so many people on KZbin that do “secondhand” looks inspired by other people’s videos and don’t give any credit to the original content creator. Granted, James Charles is a huge creator but, Vanessa Davis only has around 12k subs, you could have easily skipped giving her credit even though I believe James did credit her as inspiration for his look. I am so sick of all of these bigger creators getting inspiration from or just straight out ripping off entire looks from really small creators or small instagram profiles and not giving them any credit and then when they get called out for it by the creator/instagram person, their immediate response is “you barely have any subscribers/followers, why would I have even seen your channel/page?”, but the look is so similar or exact that there is no way that they didn’t copy the look and you feel so bad for the original artist because there is no way to prove they stole the look except to show a history of them getting called out numerous times for copying other people’s work.
