Just because you like something doesn't mean everyone has to. If they find this boring, they find this boring. Movies don't have to be a hive mind where everyone shares the same opinion. If people like quicker movies, that's entirely their right. If someone likes slower movies like these, that's entirely their right. I'm looking forward to this but that doesn't mean everyone has to like it or "get it".

once u kknow the premis is a ghost story from the ghosts POV the trailers make way more sense, give away just enough to get the tone/basic plot if u know/pay attention close and dont spoil (or i think even use shots from the final cut so we dont see ANY of the actual movie here) - neon played longlegs well too...

This is interesting but I know I shouldn't see it in theathers cause I'll be upset if it's just a corner of a few rooms the whole movie and the "ghost" moving around ala - the camera. I appreciate what skinamarink did cause it was unique, new, had great sound design, ect. But I was upset it was just weird angles and intangible pictures of a house.

I kinda feel like even Longlegs had more to its trailers than this, though maybe I’m just misremembering. This was effectively just a single image coming in to focus with some uncomfortable music. The image didn’t really suggest anything by itself. Even with the suggestion via the text I mostly just picked up on someone dealing with massive depression.

The trailers for this film are really not selling it, it doesn't come across as scary at all. I understand that you don't want to show too much in a trailer, but with a trailer for a horror you gotta show clips of some scary scenes.
