I have always wanted to see the Himalayas, they have been my dream destination since I was a kid, but I have a huge issue with high altitude and suffer from AMS hence will never be able to visit the "roof of the world" as you said so truly. I had tears in my eyes when watching this ; tears of joy - because you made me feel as if I was actually there , and it made me so happy. Thank you for taking me on this virtual trip , you made my day.

Wow, thank you! I know what you are saying here though - if time would have permitted , I too would have been able to spends days in there. Its HUGE , and also part of one of the words deepest mountain gorges at the other end .. ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kali_Gandaki_Gorge ) The shots I captured where near the village of Kagbeni , and also the end shots (where the hindu pooja takes place) is at the Kali Gandaki River (which is some what as holi to Nepalese Hindus as is the Ganges to Indians) . I'll be back for sure - there is sooooo much more to capture out there !

It's a wonderful country, I had to visit Vietnam at one time, I really wanted to visit Nepal, but somehow it didn't work out. Maybe someday I will do it.

Okay, but Vietnam is super far from Nepal - I guess India is the closes to Nepal. But Vietnam is SEA ( South East Asia) and Nepal it high north so they are absolutely incomparable on any level. be it nature, climate, people, culture...

I can say that both are amazing in their own way. Vietnam is super diverse as it has soooo much variety. From the high mountainous north and it's hill tribes to the mild climate of the Central Province, and then down to the humid hot Mekong Delta in the south. Nepal is on the other hand is landlocked - but has many rivers and of course the mighty mighty Himalayas. Something every human should experience once in a lifetime. I certainly recommend both as they are totally different but magical and unique in their own special ways . Thanks for watching and stay tuned as many more adventures will come soon.
