Hey great video! one thing- good pastures and anti-GBM disease are not the same. Goodpastures Disease is anti-GBM mediated GN with lung involvement Anti-GBM disease is anti-GBM mediated GN without lung involvement

Isn't IgA nephropathy in both kids & young adults, but the cardinal feature would be days v weeks (PSGN) sx onset?

Thank you for your comment. This was my thinking: IgA and PSGN are both relatively common. IgA can occur in children; but the typical nephritic presentation doesn’t occur until adulthood (majority of patients who present this way are adults or in late late teens). Most patients who present with PSGN are children. Therefore looking at only age, with no other information: if it’s an adult, it’s "more likely IgA," as I have stated in the video. So I defined, looking strictly at onset of symptoms, Accompanying is IgA, and PSGN is "3 weeks” I like your thinking in that if the entire clinical picture is given (both age and onset of symptoms) onset of symptoms is the overriding feature (since that is pretty much defined), and is more important than information about age. Again, I appreciate your feedback and thank you for you viewership.
