What a rapid full coverage of renal pathologies almost as fast as rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis. You're the only one out there who can make such achievement. I tried to figure out the answer for the most common cause of nephrotic syndrome, i even refered to all of your previous videos but i am not sure if it is membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (i am aware it's both nephritic and nephrotic). Please help :)

Hi please help me. I been to 3 doctors in my country and all they say is come back when it get worse!!!! I have albumin blood leak and protein leak. +2 abumin +3 protein leak. I am borderline diabetic, i have high gout, my blood pressure is normal but i do hard exercise (bjj) at least 3-4 times a week. Right now im taking a break already 2 months no training. I used to eat a lot of salt like crazy but now i have less. Before i was eating alot of dog fruit which is probably very high in potasium or phosporus. Mixed with a lot of salt. At one point when doing my exercise i had pee which was like coca cola color. This was before i was peeing froth/foam. Now its been perhaps almost 1 year and i checked i have no autoimmune or lupus. I have no edema, but still leaking protein. I started eating losartan and biocarbonate sodium but my fingers started itching alot until its blacked color so i stopped the sodium biocarbonate. I still take the losartan but then i stopped beecause i started using apple cider vinager. When i drink the apple cider after the my pee has no foam/froth!!! This can last for maybe 2-3x peeing after the apple cider consumption. If i dont eat anything tomato based, milk, salty food and i really limit how much protein i eat and drink 3x a day apple cider my pee gets better maybe 5x has no froth foam. So now im stopping losartan and keeping with only apple cider. Please help what is this? How can i get better? I saw some medicine with steroid? There is also a medicine for nephrotic i saw people took to get better which has bad side effect including osteorosis. Please help. Im 38 and this happened so suddenly. My country doesnt have transplant and i am so stressed out. My son is only 8... Prednisone is the medicine i saw people use? Will this help me?? How about cyclophophimade and calcium carbonate?
