It's not about Bollywood only. Every industry has Nepotism!! Be it Sanjay Dutt, Ranbir Kapoor, Sunny Deol, Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan, Fahadh Faasil, Dulqeer Salman and many others. The one who is relevant to the audience, who is capable enough to showcase his talent will always be there. And for that matter, every profession has nepotism, then why target only Bollywood or the Indian Film Industry.

But in South industry every big superstar like Mahesh, Prabhas and many more they always stood for youngsters and outsiders they help to promote movies but in Bollywood superstars demotivate youngsters

@@YourstrulyPankaj Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin Siddique, Pankaj Tripathi, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub are all outsiders. Actors like Ayushman Khurrana, Sidddhant Chaturvedi, Vishal Jethwa, Adarsh Gourav are youngster and more popular nowadays. If someone have not promoted or did not gave them opportunity, would they have become so successful in theire career? See, you just cannot blame or justify on only one parameter. I am not against or in favor of any film industry, if the content is good then it doesn't matters whichever language it is and vice versa.

Napotism is excuse for losing perseverance. Napotism has no life. Hard work does. With Napotism, even Abhishek bachchan was not good as Amitabh, Sonam Kapoor is no close to Anil Kapoor, Twinkie khanna failed eventually and the list goes on. People who survive in this industry have craft, emotional intelligence and good business skills. They don't survive because of Napotism
