This makes so much sense for Jojo and im willing to bet she has Mercury in Pisces probably in her 2nd or 6th house. And she probably has had a troublesome Saturn aspecting Neptune which would make sense as to why she has been charmed by management and screwed over so much. And if Saturn is aspecting, it would make sense why her career is starting to get better later in life.
