For the cream:
500 g of cottage cheese
500 ml of heavy whipping cream
200 g of sugar
100 ml of milk
15 g of gelatin
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
For soaking the layers:
3 tbsp of water
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of cognac
For a chocolate layer:
100 g of chocolate
75 g of butter
1 tbsp of cognac
Cocoa powder, grated chocolate for decorating
