I believe the dialogue @ 3:44 is a reference to when in Mass Effect Shepard talks to Wrex, and if you immediately choose the "I need to go" option as soon as you start talking, the dialogue goes like this: Wrex: Shepard. Shepard: Wrex. It can go on forever if you talk to him again and choose "I need to go" as your first option again.

FYI, the bit at 03:42 with the Shepherd is a reference to Wrex frm Mass Effect 1, where your cnversations with him in the Normandy's hold just consist of; "Wrex. Shepard. Wrex. Shepard. Wrex. Shepard." Etc. I had hours of fun with that for some unknown reason.
