I've got a 3x3 foot Kessel (Star Wars) diorama that is probably 80% complete. It's been a struggle, mentally, to get it finished. Lighting is complete. 3d printing done. And the majority of the painting. Need to finish painting, weathering, and pouring resin. This was such a huge inspiration to get me going again, and finish it up. Thank you so much.

I'm just cutting out some foam while watching this to build a 1/12 scale Star Wars diorama of a maintenance tunnel with all sorts of pipes and cables and panels and machinery. Once I get the foam put together I plan to run some lights powered by 2 AA batteries and then start adding all the details. I got a Military Compound Terrain Crate by Manic that has tons of panels and other bits to add for details. It will be sold on ebay for someone wanting a dio for their Black Series or Figuarts figures once I'm done. It'll end up being in the area of 12x6x10 inches for reasonable shipping rates. Sounds like you're making one for gaming. I've never done a piece that large, but I bet it's a blast to make.

Okay, so I’m super new to this side of art. Most of my focus has been like, drawing, sketching, writing, world-building, you know, that stuff. I didn’t realize epoxy was used in art though! Im currently a uni student studying applied physics with a focus in materials science. When we talk about epoxy, it’s usually as a ultra-high end composite matrix for things like aerospace, defense, high performance race cars, and occasionally high ends sporting equipment. Usually, we use unsaturated polyester or vinylester for things like boats, chemical storage, and large scale structures because it’s significantly cheaper. Never once though did we bring up art though! Yes, this is a bizarre thing to nerd out on, but now I can just write down another major application for epoxy resin :D

This is completely all nerdporn. I had at least 5 nerdgasms while watching this. Liked and subscribed. Which I've been meaning to do for a while now.

You're mastering the knack to make me go "Holy shit Martina!" with just the thumbnail, because damn! Fantastic job! I love all the little details! The lights! The raging river! The signpost to many realms! Yeah, that's a piece to cause geekgasms :D And it's great you found out about the plaster molds too, great results in a fraction of the time. And also, nice cold-hot color combo on the hair :D

Wow, what a phenomenal job, why would anyone give this a dislike? I love watching these videos; even though I don't have the wherewithal to try anything like these projects, just watching you dream them up and solve problems that arise along the way inspires me to be more creative and adept at troubleshooting in my own life. Thank you for bringing a little light to the dark times!

EPIC!!!! Also, thanks for being so true to yourself and following your passions and inspirations! I'm realizing that I've been afraid of following that path, even though it's the right path. Your projects and enthusiasm are truly inspiring!
