Slime can melt while in transit, so even if it’s fully activated when shipped out it can come to you under activated. You definitely needed more activator for the third slime, to help with the slime sticking to your hands rubbing some activator onto your hands helps a lot, when your hands are really warm fully activated slime will still stick to them but with activator on your hands it won’t

I did want to also add that warm hands vs cold hands as well as dry hands vs damp hands will play a roll in how much even the best set slimes will stick to a person. even the amount of body hair on the hands can be a factor esp for men (or those with that type of body hair pattern regardless of gender). at the end of the day, it's glue & it wants to stick to stuff & we are fighting it doing so, it doesn't take a lot for it to be able to go back to what it was made to do.

Fun fact about cheetos: the creator of Freetos, during wwii had contracts with the us military and was able to supply freetos to the soldiers, who in turn loved them. So after the war, the military had a surplus of powdered cheese, and offered the company the cheese powder. The company decided to put the powder on puffed ground corn that other companies had tried to see as human food but was meant for livestock. Freetos added the powdered cheese and wham bam thank you ma’am, the Cheeto was born.

Slimes sometimes do come sticky because when it is shipped to you it goes through different weather climates and so can melt due to heat, this happens to most slimes. So it is normal to add borax to almost every slime you receive. After you add enough borax it’s good as new. And slime has different texture types. This includes butter slime, cloud slime, crunchy slime, and glossy etc.... hope this helps 😄❤️

It's common for some slimes to deactivate in transit - there's not much the slime stores can do to prevent it as there's a number of reasons why this could happen. The fact they provided you borax and instructions is actually really good! Also, the two slimes at the beginning is called cloud slime.

From personal experience the faster you touch the slime, the less likely it is to stick to you. Sika is constantly touching it violently, that's why it barely sticks to her. Xx

And yes clear slime is normally more sticky than cloud slime. Not on purpose but clear glue is more runny and when activated it will make a stretcher and or more stick. But when adding instant snow to your slime you get that fluffy could drizzle that you wouldn’t have without the snow ❤

About the cereal slime. Some slime textures such as milky or jiggly, typically contain more water and lotion (just like the one in the video) that can melt/deactivate them over time. Also it depends where you store them, beacuse warm temperatures can melt slimes like this that are super sensitive (might also be the reason why it stuck so much to your hand). From my experience cereal/fruity scents do tend to be more watery and they can easily change the texture of the slime if you use to much. Slime stores usually include borax beacuse it sucks to buy a 10 dollar slime and get a melty slushie that can't be fixed. Hoped this helped. :)

For Jackie I know this was a year ago but here is what I think the slimes textures were. Sour patch : cloud cream: Cheeto : cloud fluff milk cereal. : white based Raman: clear slime. Dumpling sauce.clear the dumpling you mix in was clay. The dumpling slime was butter. Reese slime was cloud cream : the Reese you mix in was clay.the Reese serup was clear. Salad was : clear crunchy slime. Baget: was butter/ white based. Peach slime was :cloud fluff. Cinnamon bun : crunchy slime.Oreo was white/ clear.

One thing that can make the slime sticky is during shipping also is ‘sticky hands’ which means warm hands and doing shipping it could be very hot in the summer and the slime could melt so a lot of slime shops put extra borax just in case it does get sticky or arrive sticky during shipping hope this helped

Milk slimes melt easier because it's a harder texture to play with so I recommend adding more Borax or activator

That milk slime is a glossy slime, glossy slimes melt really easily during transportation. So it gets really sticky its really cool that they included some borax to help if it melted.

About the sticky slime, sometimes activated slimes can lose their activation over time. In this case, the slime was sticky because it had likely been a while since it was activated. I hope this answered some sort of question, love your content!

It's really interesting to see a very well known slime shop being reviewed by non-slimers... it puts another perspective on it all, that's for sure! Slime reviews would typically not mark a slime down for being melted in transit - especially as some tend to deactivate more quickly than others - but I can totally understand why this would be disappointing to anyone new to slime.

the reason the slimes are sticky is because the fluffy slime is made with fake snow so it's dry and the other one has more glue. It can also be your hands because I've been playing with slime for a few years now, and slime is not at all sticky to me but it's very sticky to my brother. Also butter slime has clay in it, so it's not very sticky

Okay so abt the cereal milk and ramen slimes~ what happens is over time during delivery the slime may melt a little and cause it to be sticky bc of how it’s not breathable in the box and humid in there. Thankfully I’m pretty sure all slime shops include a care card with a packet of borax to make activator which solves the prob. Btw sometimes slime shops send lil tubes of already made activator that’s ready to use! HOPE THAT HELPED! ☺️☺️☺️

We have lady Gaga oreos in the UK but ours are normal oreos in colour and flavour. The only thing different is the packaging. Way too many artifical colours in those green and orange/red oreos to be allowed in the UK lol
