Another tip for curly hair or any hair type is when you done washing your hair with warm water rinse it with cold water to close your hair pholocules which eliminates frizz in your final product .

Your hair follicle is in the skin. It anchors the bulb/root. You are probably talking about the hair shaft.
@teeshac84217 жыл бұрын
Jakena Riddick I heard that if you do that, you're not allowing product to penetrate your hair, as you've closed the shafts, so your hair would end up dry

Only chemical Penetrates the hair strands cortex. These wonderful deep conditioning hair regiments silicons the hair strands, protecting it from dryness, breakage and split ends. Luke warm water is ok to use while rising the hair, but cold water is best. Cold water locks in moisture, hot water strips the hair from is natural moisture and added. This video was great! Hope this helps as well. signing off, Stylist of 20yrs!

But do you not add product onto your hair after you get out of the shower? Because I know that I add in leave in conditioner, moisturiser, oil etc to my hair after getting out of the shower, and I do not cold water rinse because it will close the hair shaft and not accept the products. Idk tho.

just wanted to so by and let you know I tried it on my daughters hair yesterday. my oldest daughter it made her curls pop and her hair felt awesome after. My youngest has a different texture and a lot thicker hair than my oldest daughter. It didn't do a lot for her curls. However, her hair was much softer and no longer dry.

Ok you just taught me something new! Saturate the hair with the leftover diy so when the hair drink it doesn't dry out at the same time. Cause your hair is going to drink up the moisture as you let it sit. So, apply as much diy deep conditioner as you can and if have to, after letting it sit, you after reapply to get the maximum results of the conditioner.

I am going to try this next wash day. it looks amazing and you hair did indeed look super nourished afterwards. it's been an awfully long time since I did a hair mask with fully natural ingredients. it's so easy to just use the store bought stuff. winter is also a good time for a little extra tlc in moisturising routines.

Love this. Your hair looks very shinny and hydrated. I have a problem with tons on fly aways that were earthier caused by breakage or new growth. I hate it because it makes my protective styles look so frizzy at the root after only days of having it in. do you have any suggestions on what I should do to get all of my hair one length. Also I feel like my hair isnt as full and thick as it should be due to this. I can literally part my hair and then you will see smaller pieces popping out
@queenelizabee72465 жыл бұрын
Wow. So beautiful. Your hair is definitely treated well and it shows! And idk if this is weird to say but u have a nice voice and a very thorough explanation of everything. Really great video I’ll definitely be trying this out. Personally I love doing hair masks as of late, and the best is during a home movie so time flies or while doing some deep cleaning of your house and you’ll naturally be warming up your shower cap and the moisture will finesse it way into your hair and you’ll be shinin for summer 2020.
