Doing a tea rinse before I deep conditioner has been a huge help! I was getting shedding and tangles bad. Don't know why.. I did a bentonite clay and then tea rinse inmediate stopped shedding. Now every wash i do a tea rinse. My hair feel so strong and back seeing growth. I will never stop tea rinsing
