A short tidbit for people who have seen some of the older reviews from 4 months ago. Gavin updated the clear barrel material somewhere around #50 to be tighter so that's why mine hits 130-140fps with the default config and Worker 9kg, while others only got about 120fps.

Hiya Bradley, word of caution for you on that 12kg spring, keep an eye on the printed trigger, it will eventually break on that spring load on the pivot point... I wouldnt recommend that spring load as it how I had my first trigger break after about 4 wars and reasonable use. I have an original kit and a new kit, was gettng 130fps average on the original, the new kit I am getting 150fps average, both on a Worker 9kg spring, but I did swap out the orings for better versions to get a better seal. The original one, I then brassed, retained the 9kg spring, flared the brass slightly on the breach changed the oring to suit the brass, and I have a 1 second air seal, which is probably why I am getting your numbers on a lower powered spring without sacrificing a Sharpfire o do it... As always a fantastic video. Nice work.

Guessing you flared the brass to fit the pusher? It's a tricky seal, too tight in 17/32, too lose in 9/16. I've been messing with mine to find a happy medium, but haven't found anything super reliable yet.

I flared the brass and I believe it's sealing into the flare. I tried a different o'ring on the pusher too but didn't see any real difference.

@@bobertairsofts5585 I ended up using the deburring tool on my pipe cutters and a pair of needle nose pliers to flare the brass. I've made two brass barrels for this kit since I commented, it's not too hard. You just have to play with it until you get it right.

Maybe using a bit of the original barrel for the pusher to seal into and transitioning that into the brass might improve the airseal? How hard is it to prime now? Nice vid as usual, waiting for battle footage now :)

I didn't want to touch the provided barrel material because if it broke or something I wouldn't have easy access to more. It's probably an easier way to do it though. Priming 12kg isn't too bad.

Great video. Is that INOX MX6 grease I see you using? Do you recommend that over other greases (such as white lithium grease, etc.)?

I use the Inox MX6 because I find it works best out of what I've tested, but I haven't tried everything available in the US or overseas so there could be something better. The MX6 comes in a very small tube offering though if you just want to try it.

The brass was flared so the pusher fit into that portion of the brass. Could sand the pusher a little if needed though.

For a close range / sidearm blaster I don't think you need to brass it or add a scar. For long range shooting though, yes.

For some reason my sharp fire catch doesn’t work it super stiff and doesn’t really move is that just the matter of needing to get a better catch spring or needing to lubricate it

Strange to get the falconfire to shoot 12kg with the stock catch you actually have to grind a small amount of catch not to much say a mm then test with 12 with a strong n slightly longer catchspring if it still doesnt catch shave a little more also a screw through catch post to help keep everything from flexing helps to ive fired over 200 shots no issue nice spampf

That was a joke. Technically you could single load them still like the stock Falconfire. The Falconfire itself doesn't have space to load a full length dart in the same way though. You'd probably have to look at a different blaster such as a Retaliator which you could have top prime.
