Has the worst armor move in the game, no armor on fatal blow, b21 is the easiest thing to just jump over, and he has no real way to open you up. All he's got is good damage, strike throw, and range, for the love of god, don't nerf him. If anything, he needs a buff to his armor move, and maybe a bit more
