I remember this one at the time-used to hear it on Ken Bruce's BBC Radio 2 show around the time he did the Pop Master Quiz then. Had it on CD too at the time. Also this is from 2006, presumably her performance on Top of the Pops was before alas the series/show ended permentley alas. Thank you of course anyway!!

@albijohnson : It's because TOTP had around 6 acts a night in a 30 minute slot. It was far too difficult to connect up 6 different bands equipment on the same night (If you watch a live concert it takes around 15 minutes to change between the support acts and the main acts instruments and stage setup). Having the vocalists singing was regarded to be the best compromise. Years back, even the vocalists mimed.
