yeah I was surprised to see how they shipped it. It just comes in a not very protective cardboard box with a little plastic wrap around the guitar. The guitar neck was warped when I got it so I had to get it fixed. That only cost like 10 bucks to fix and now it works great and sounds amazing. Over all I'm very happy with the guitar. :)
