Me too. Glad though she’s an excellent speaker and good explainer.

This doesn't do much help without being able to see the slides?!

This is a fantastic approach and video. If ppl don’t want to help themselves first then I wish they would stop complaining. Diet and movement are key to CRPS but most refuse to do it. They rather complain nothing works!!! I know first hand what you eat makes a huge difference! Thank you for the video

Be careful with B6, as it can increase neuropathy/burning pain.If you do supplement with a B complex make sure it’s not too high in B6 for this reason. It is still A vital vitamin, your body needs it to metabolise tryptophan for example, which is a particular deficiency with CRPS and an incredibly useful amino acid as it helps your body make serotonin. Just be very careful with the B6! Don’t want you having extra pain. ❤️ edit: sorry for the typos/dictation!

The body expels in urination the extra B6.

Youre right, I had high B6 levels and had to change my B complex.

I'm really disappointed that she didn't explain the difference between simple carbohydrates and _complex_ carbohydrates. Most people get very confused about "carbs" because they simply don't know the difference.

Common sense. Look a free hint: whey things look complex is cause they are not easy. Same with good it it’s complex don’t eat it dear. Only eat the simple ones. Life is simple remember that! Now, please take a pen and paper write the list of simple ones, then look with this list and consolidate it into groups. Not all simple carbs are good for everyone! Eat lectin Free to reduce inflammation.
