Hey, I just wanted to say that I discovered your content literally yesterday and in just a few hours it has honestly made such a difference. Im a sensational player in general and on the practice field but sometimes i have difficulty translating that talent onto the field. Because of ur vids i had a great game last night and went 1-2 with a single in the outfield.

Positive self-talk is a BIG one, had a game today and I won't lie it was a stinker from my end I think that was the worst I have ever played and after that, I felt like a failure even though I knew I had had plenty of good games before this one but calming down and having positive thoughts really helped me move on and prepare for the next game. Thank you 👍.

hello sam really hope you get this. i play cricket and there was a cricket trial for my state that i passed last year. But this year it went really bad, i was bowling dead balls over dead balls over and over again it was the hardest moment of my life. So, i beg you for making a video about this. Pleaseee

Hi sam, I'm an extremely big fan of the channel and it has helped me so much but how did you become a sports psychologist and mental performance coach and what step would recommend one to take if they want to also become a sports psychologist.

get educated in the field by studying it at university. & get experience by volunteering with local clubs/teams.

1. Don't worry about it. Disturbed sleep may make you feel bad. But the evidence says it doesn't impact physical performance that much. 2. Don't worry about it. Poor sleep also has minimal impact on cognitive performance too. 3. Seriously - don't worry about it. Loads of top level athletes have terrible sleep before big games. Google steve smith+cricket+sleep. You'll be fine. Don't worry about it
