I am too young to have played these games when they were released so for me it's super cool to be able to play a good variety of retro games with the original controller. Not an emulator. I am very excited to pick up both NES and SNES classic . Hopefully, Nintendo will release the N64 and GameCube Versions.

Samus doesn't appear the same way here compared to the NES version at 18:28. She looks completely invisible, whereas on the NES she flashes/flickers and gradually turns solid. If I remember right that is.

That's just the video. KZbin videos play at 30 frames per second by default, and the game runs at 60, which means that the video skips a lot of frames, including the ones where she flickers on-screen. Just change the quality of the video to "720p60," and you'll see how the game actually looks in action.

I remember beating Bubble Bobble way back in the day with my brother. It wasn't super difficult but it was a fun challenge to get through. There are a lot of level skips/warps if I remember correctly. If you have the chance to play it two player its really worth a shot.

***** Doesn't matter. There is going to be input lag because this is emulation. So the signals from the controllers, instead of getting to a cpu where they would instantly control data from a game cartridge, will reach said cpu which will then need to process the data through the OS and the emulation program, and then finally generate a frame that will be displayed on the TV screen. But not before the HDMI takes its sweet time to process and output the image (cause HDMI is slower than composite or other analog video output methods). Darn, wall of text.. sorry everyone. But the point is, there's going to be some input lag. However, if Nintendo did things well, it will be minimal, hopefully unnoticeable.
