Your are level 4, you can DIVE WITH YOUR KNEES on the bosses from above by pressing DOWN+B in mid-air. It's easier than jumping behind the bosses to strike a flying kick on them (level 3 technique). I remember this game with such nostalgia... it was my first videogame ever. And I got it for Famicom, circa 1992. The difficulty... quite high for just a kid but heck, what a memories from this game. I remember beating gi Joe a real American hero as a child, it was my favorite nes game ever, my older brother got me this game for my birthday and I was thrilled, but the difficulty jump between the first game and this one made it impossible for my 9 year old ass to finish this game, just now I remembered about it so I'm watching this video to finally figure out how it ends hahaha thanks for the longplay bruv.

I liked both GI Joe games on the NES. I especially liked how Snake Eyes' "Ninja magic" expended no ammo in the Taxan game. My only real gripe (a MINOR one!) with this game had to do with escalating expenditure of ammo. (Machine gun using 1 "round" per shot; but then, the Pulse Rifle uses 2, the Laser Rifle x3, & the Missile Launcher, x4 per shot!)

Don't you know how bullets work? You can't stuff a single bullet into a bazooka; it won't do anything. You gotta stuff at least 4 in there per shot.
