This video is a TAS, so it was slowed down to make the button input perfect, for entertainment. If you're just asking what system this is, it's Famicom (Japanese NES - the game itself was only released in Japan and it's the sequel to the more famous game "Nintendo World Cup"). You can play this with kaillera, on Nestopia I believe. So you can play online versus friends, but I myself barely got the chance to, nobody I know is interested.

The game is played in an emulator. The emulator allows me to slow down the game to a frame by frame basis (game runs at 60 frames per second). In addition to that, with the help of so-called savestates, I can rewind back to a previous point when I make a mistake or when I want to optimize a certain part. Slowdown and rewinding allows me to make my gameplay perfect. That's what a TAS (tool assisted speedrun/superplay) is, and it's only for entertainment, not to show how good or bad I am.

This game... Nostalgia the fuck out. I had no idea what I was doing, but somehow I was winning and making all those special moves when I was what; 4 or 5. And picking my team composition from the most badass faces of the characters having no clue wtf is written in japanese in there. Would be cool if there would be an english version of this.

I know there is an english fan translated version, but I can't and will not tell you where you can find it. Use google. There is no official english version because this game never made outside of Japan, only the prequel "Nintendo World cup" did. I don't know a good android emulator.

Yes, it is Famicom. TASvideos likes to use "NES" for Famicom publications since it it technically the same console, so I do the same here. It is merely for aesthetical reasons. (TASvideos does distinguish from Famicom Disk System, though, in which case it will say "FDS").
